Then, the Colorado federal district court blocked EPA's "Waters of the United States" rule in the state of Colorado while the National Pork Producers Council and American Farm Bureau are appealing a court ruling that approved California's Prop 12, and USDA and FDA issue a response to China's suspension of poultry Imports from Tyson.
