You can reinvent yourself at any time Prioritize health Get to know yourself and trust yourself It’s only embarrassing if you’re embarrassed If you want something, ask for it - if you don’t ask, you won’t get it You don’t need to measure your success by your paycheque but instead by your relationships, joy, experiences It’s never too late! It’s never too late to change your mind Love your body, stop looking in the mirror and hate what you see  Consistency is key, a little a day goes a long way  If you want to pick up a new habit, you must change your identity Energy grows where energy goes  If you keep doing something over and over again it’s not a mistake, it’s a choice Practice makes progress  Whatever you’re not changing, you’re choosing You can only build confidence by trying and trying again Were always trying to add years to our life but not enough of us are trying to add life to our years If you don’t believe you’re worthy or achieve it something, you will self sabotage  Self-doubt is the killer of dreams If you can’t overcome fear, do it scared.
