1400 BC: Balaam Part 1

In this episode, we will be discussing the mysterious account of Balaam and his prophecies and the spiritual concept of witchcraft. Balaam, a sorcerer from the Euphrates River, receives payment to curse Israel, travels to Canaan, gets rebuked by a donkey and the Angel of the Lord and later encounters God and gives the following famous prophecy: 'I see him, but not now; I behold him, but not near. A star will come out of Jacob; a scepter will rise of out Israel.'
