1401: You're Impatient, Not Inconsistent

Too many people think they have a consistency problem when what they really have is an impatience problem. In this episode, I'm talking about one of the biggest reasons people quit: they start doing the right things, but because they don't get an immediate reward, they assume it isn't working. That shows up everywhere. It shows up when you eat well for a week and the scale doesn't move fast enough.
