The Ninth Circuit denied a motion by BASF and Corteva that sought to preserve their Dicamba product registrations and Colorado enacted a "Cage-Free Egg" law. Also, the President signed a bill extending the Paycheck Protection Program while USDA announced flexibilities for crop insurance Notice of Loss filing requirements and announced a public comment period on the transition to RFID-only tags for cattle and bison.
