141 | Judy Huth - It's Not Me, It's My ADHD with Judy Huth This Week's Guest: Diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 42, Judy Huth realized that a lot of her behaviors in life were due to her ADHD, rather than character flaws. Judy was also part of the ADHD reWired Coaching and Accountability group. In this conversation, you will hear Judy talk about her ADHD voyage, from childhood to adult diagnosis. In addition to talking about how ADHD impacts her life, she shares her interesting perspective, "It's my responsibility, but not my fault." Judy was recently a member of the ADHD reWired Coaching and Accountability Group and talks about the impact involvement in the group had on her life. According to Judy, one of the changes she implemented saves her an hour a day. One of the things Judy is struggling with right now is using her planner.
