Career games for Jared Goff and Mitchell Trubisky, an impressive debut and “coming of age” game for Patrick Mahomes, three OT games plus two last-second finishes in regulation were a fitting conclusion to the first month of the season…and what we saw this past week is likely just a preview of what awaits us these next 13 weeks.
