Bitterness is your soul’s way of letting you know that you are out of alignment.” Here are a few questions we like to ask ourselves when it comes to bitterness. Who do I need to forgive? Who has wronged me that I need to release? Am I not moving forward because I am angry or upset with someone? Keep in mind that FORGIVING someone does not mean what they did to us is okay , or that we are brushing it under the rug.
