In this week’s episode Eoin chats with Dex Geralds (@dexgeralds).Dex is a Personal Trainer and Fitness Model from Michigan, currently working and living in LA, California.Dex has a family history of Type 2 Diabetes, and as a result, he was diagnosed as Type 2 Dabetic over 10 years ago.For this whole 10 year period Dex was constantly fighting high blood sugars, low on energy and knew something just wasn’t right.Following a number of different events, Dex got a second opinion from a doctor and discovered that he was actually living with Type 1 Diabetes the whole time!
