143: Cultivating Leaders with Shevaughn Rieck

This week, I'm speaking to Shevaughn Rieck who is one of the partners at Farrells. Shevaughn started her career at Farrells as Part I and is now one of four partners who are delivering the succession plan of the world-famous practice.

Shevaughn goes into a lot of detail about how her career has been nurtured at Farrells. She talks about the story of becoming a partner and that career path.
