'Het evangelie heeft haast en ik ook'. In Onderweg is Jan van den Bosch te gast. Hij is zonder enige twijfel een EO-coryfee noemen. Hij is altijd netjes gekleed en goedlachs. Hij presenteerde talloze keren de EO-jongeredag, maakte documentaires en reisde de hele wereld over. Inmiddels presenteert hij alweer 20 jaar Hour of Power. Daarnaast is hij eigenaar van diverse reisorganisaties en een mediabedrijf. Erg veel ruimte voor rust heeft hij dan ook niet. Hij zegt 'Het evangelie heeft haast en ik ook'. Zijn levensmotto is: ‘De hemel geeft, wie vangt die heeft’. Dat is te lezen in het boek dat verscheen naar aanleiding van zijn 70ste verjaardag. Dat boek heet: ‘Jan, Globetrotter met een Missie.
