143. Pourquoi je ne propose plus le CPF

Aujourd’hui c’est un épisode tout particulier que je vous propose, car il répond à une question qu’on m’a énoooooormément posée : pourquoi je ne propose plus le CPF ? Alors pour rappel, le CPF c’est le compte personnel de formation qui permet à n’importe qui ayant travaillé comme salarié de cotiser pour suivre une formation tout au long de sa vie active. Autant vous dire que c’est très très pratique et que ça avait été grandement apprécié quand je l’ai proposé lors de la première édition de la BSB (et ça avait fait une vraie différence sur mon chiffre d'affaires, on ne va pas se mentir). MAIS (parce qu’il y a un gros mais), si j’ai décidé de ne plus le proposer, c’est pour plusieurs raisons que j’ai décidé de vous raconter sur cet épisode de podcast. On est clairement sur un épisode racontage de life et d'expérience, mais j’espère que ça permettra de répondre à votre question de “pourquoi je ne le propose plus” et surtout d’aider les formateurs qui se posent la question aujourd’hui de choisir ou non de proposer le CPF pour aider les élèves à financer leurs formations.
