143. The Really Big Small Brave

When we hear stories of courage, they are big, bold, and loud. And it can make us feel a little wanting. More often, though, our moments of brave are small and quiet. They happen without any fanfare or notice. No one captures for posterity. No one claps. There are no parades. ----more---- But these small moments are still beyond brave. They are what define us and push us to do and be more of who we want. Those small actions in those small moments take the most courage. ----more---- Today we are taking the really big, small, brave. The unsexy little things that get us what we are working toward. Breathe. Just Breathe. Calmly panic. Breathe some more.
