After many failed attempts to share my experiences as a Black mom, I stopped trying. Wait! Let me be more clear. I rarely share these stories with white women. After way too many pushbacks, "what-about" questions, and straight-up dismissals, I decided for my own mental health to reserve that part of me for safer spaces.    Today I offer you a peek into my world as a Black mom.
