吃海鲜时喝茶风险不小:茶里的鞣酸会和海鲜中的蛋白质、钙、铁结合,形成难吸收的复合物,长期会导致营养缺乏,还可能引发消化不良、贫血;海鲜和茶都偏凉,脾胃弱的人吃了容易腹痛腹泻。更要注意的是,海鲜高嘌呤、浓茶也含嘌呤,两者同吃会让尿酸骤升,诱发痛风;草酸还会和钙磷形成草酸钙沉淀,有结石病史的人风险更高,所以海鲜和茶最好别同时吃。吃鸡鸭等肉类时选对茶很关键:半发酵的乌龙茶(如铁观音、凤凰单丛)茶性温和,茶多酚和咖啡因能分解脂肪、促代谢,吃完油腻的鸡鸭后喝,解腻又助消化,浓香型还能炖肉增香,清香型适合饭后温饮。做法清淡的肉可搭龙井、碧螺春等绿茶提鲜,重口味的配正山小种、祁门红茶中和口感,肥腻的则选黑茶、熟普洱促消化。不管吃什么肉,都建议饭后半小时喝淡茶,别空腹喝浓茶,避免刺激肠胃或影响营养吸收,晚上还得避开高咖啡因的茶。
