    Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Yesenia Bello helps professionals redefine success. Her 22-year career in media at companies like NBCUniversal, Hulu, Google, and iHeartMedia taught her the corporate world from the inside out. But it was a personal battle with burnout in 2018 that reshaped her definition of success. She now believes that well-being is paramount to a fulfilling career.  Her mission is to empower individuals and teams to reconnect with their purpose and bring love and compassion back to the workplace.
