144. SOLO: How Do You Make the Right Decision?

from Unlock Your Vitality with Magalionajourney · host Magali Mathieu

After getting this question from a few of you, I realized that, for me, the answer comes down to one thing: self-trust. In this episode, I’m sharing a very personal story about a decision I agonized over for months (whether or not to travel across the world for one of my best friend’s weddings). Deep down, I think I knew what I wanted to do from the beginning. But finances, fertility decisions, logistics, other people’s opinions, and fear slowly became louder than my own inner knowing. Until one conversation made everything crystal clear. I share:- what intuition actually feels like- how outside opinions can create confusion around something we already know- why anxiety can sometimes be a sign that we’re going against ourselves- how even making the “wrong” decision can help us strengthen our self-trust Because becoming a better decision-maker isn’t necessarily about always making the “right” decision. It’s about building enough trust in yourself to listen when something inside of you already knows. 📲 Connect with MagaliBook a discovery callJoin the Unlock Your Vitality COMMUNITYInstagramMagali’s Substack
