As a busy wife and business owner, she discovered that she needed a planner that would help her stay organized and on top of her daily to list as well as to help her grow as a leader. This inspired Melinda to create The Pinnacle Planner®, a companion tool that coaches leaders throughout the year to keep them on track to reaching their goals.
