Nic cut his teeth in small and medium-sized businesses serving the construction supplies marketplace. He specialized in identifying new markets and developing new product lines. In startup environments – everyone fights and no one quits. He have worked alongside engineers to develop new products, built sales teams, and managed operations for companies serving big-box retailers (Lowes, Home Depot, etc) and large manufacturers (Milwaukee Power Tools, Bosch). He’s taken product photos for catalogs, built websites, and led ERP implementation and integration projects. He also has a knack for scaling businesses and seeing around corners. When bringing a new product or program to market, a unique personality and work ethic are required and the diversity of his experiences is what brought me to the attention of Fleet Drive 360s management team.
