Zasha Smith is an investor and real estate mogul from the island of Maui. She is a licensed Civil Engineer who worked for 10 years at a private firm, but now is a full-time real estate investor who built her $5 million Dollar residential portfolio of single family, multi family, and short-term rentals in Hawai’i while also making a profit over $1 million fixing and flipping 21 projects across the US in the last 3 years while raising over $7 million in funds from private investors. Her mission is to help other families achieve independence through real estate investing.
