I've struggled with this for pretty much my entire life. It has caused me to make decisions that I knew in my heart weren't right, and in recent years it has proven to me that I'm the only person in the entire world who is responsible for my current situation AND my future. I'll call it a realization - one that has literally changed my life. Because now that I know it, I can no longer make excuses or dodge the fact that how I'm feeling, where I am, and what I'm doing is up to me - and me alone - to determine. This is my story, and it has helped me realize the major limiting beliefs that have held me back, and it's also helped me discover the pivotal moments in my life that have had a huge impact on helping me get to where I am today.
