They were fighting a fire which started on a single pallet inside an evacuated industrial building, in Atherstone-on-Stour. The debrief aims to be objective, open minded and fair. The main focus is on the operational learning from the incident and the events surrounding it.The events of that evening have had a profound effect on all involved, and it is the sincere hope of the firefighters podcast that this debrief assists in making firefighters and the communities they serve safer. Four firefighters were tragically taken away from their loved ones and colleagues that evening.
