146. Iron and Earth: oil workers call for training in renewable energy

This week of CKUA's Green Energy Futures segment we talk to Lliam Hildebrand one of the founders of Iron and Earth, a boilermaker who joined other tradespeople in calling for renewable energy job training for out of work oil workers. "Our primary goals are number one, to build up the workforce capacity to build renewable energy projects in Canada and in Alberta. Secondly, we want to help build up the manufacturing sector required to build renewable energy.
