146. This Simple Thing Can Save You Financially

If you don’t believe me, next time you catch yourself reading the ingredient list on a bag of chips or a can of soup think back to that statement I just made and you will understand what I mean. And yet there are people out there who will exercise less due diligence when buying real estate, or a business, or a piece of equipment for their business than they do when buying food.  It sounds like a boring topic but simple acts of due diligence can save you hundreds of thousands of dollars when it comes to investing in real estate or buying a business.  It can mean the difference between incredible success and total failure.I would love to hear from you.
