#147 Ariel Tabak

In this episode I sit down with Ari Tabak from Kumite Jiu Jitsu. It was great to visit his new facility and roll 'in the woods' (much better than the 'cemetary') and chat with Ari about life, learning difficulties, Jiu Jitsu and much more in this episode. One of the things that stuck with me from this podcast is how the time we spend with other people is a real exchange of 'spirit'. Put the right energy into your actions and you can really have a profound impact on people. From training rooms to making Instructional videos with BJJ Fanatics, Ari has experienced a wealth of life in Jiu Jitsu, however more importantly, recognises that there is a wealth of life that comes not from what you do but how you do it.
