He introduced five bills this year, we discuss each of them. Ranging from a bil that would require governments to offer owned parcels to adjoining residents. A bill that would eliminate straight ticket voting in Indiana (Only 8 states still have it). And a bill that would affect the who can serve on local planning commissions. Tom also serves on the Roads and Transportation committee. There is a bill moving through the statehouse that will eliminate all handheld devices starting July 1st. No more texting, talking on handset, using apps, or websites while driving. There is also a possibility of cameras being installed in construction zones to enforce existing laws.
