Elliot Overton is a nutritional therapist whose journey into the natural health world came after he developed some minor health issues of his own after an extended back-packing trip through Asia. He decided to take responsibility of his own health and began researching ways by which he could find a resolution without the use of pharmaceutical medications. He soon discovered that the solution to his problems was rooted in nutrition and basic lifestyle principles, and after making the necessary adjustments he was able to heal himself. Through his own experience, and the experience of those close to him, the demonstrated power of nutritional intervention became clear. His success in improving his own health inspired him to study nutrition at a professional standard so that he could go on to help others along the way.
