Psalm 25:1-2 NKJV A Psalm of David. To You, O LORD, I lift up my soul. O my God, I trust in You; Let me not be ashamed; Let not my enemies triumph over me. Sometimes we get a glimpse of the time or place when David wrote a Psalm — not so much with Psalm 25. David Guzik wrote, "Let not my enemies triumph over me: This gives some context to this psalm. Like many others, it was written from a time of trouble. David faced enemies who wanted the worst for him." Do you ever feel the whole world is against you, and seems to want the worst for you?
