#148 Heling Van Trauma Seksueel Misbruik Ik heb hier best even over na gedacht of ik mijn verhaal wilde delen. Maar mijn missie wat ik te doen heb, bleek groter te zijn dan mijn eigen angst. Mijn innerlijke reis van afgelopen jaar was intens, heftig maar heeft mij zóveel bevrijding en leven terug gegeven. Alles kwam letterlijk weer tot leven. Dit trauma hield onbewust veel energie vast in mijn lichaam. En ik deel het in alle kwetsbaarheid met jou, opdat jij ook de moed mag hebben om - eventueel onder begeleiding- je diepste pijnen te mogen helen, ontwortelen en los te laten! Het is mogelijk. Als jij bereid bent die stap te nemen, kan ik je daar doorheen begeleiden in een liefdevolle en veilige bedding. Alle goeds, Liefs Karen.
