148. How To Have a Successful Vacation as an Entrepreneur

Many of us start our entrepreneurial journeys because there is some level of freedom that we desire. Yet, too often, we end up building businesses that run us. And we end up with less freedom than we had when we were employees. Not ideal, right?! Last week, my family went on an 8-day vacation to Arizona, I barely worked, the business ran smoothly, and I was able to be fully present with our family for vacation. Today, I’m sharing with you how I was able to make that happen. I’m not telling you what to do. I’m sharing what has worked for me. And it is still a work in progress!
