148. Karon Hawkins - The Process is the Prize and the Prize is the Process

Karon is a New York City native living in Pittsburgh working as an online and in-person coach specializing in biomechanics and nutrition. After completing his B.S. in Information Systems at Carnegie Mellon University and working as a Cybersecurity Analyst for a year, he decided the corporate world wasn't for him. His new journey began after being accepted into the Masters of Science in Health and Physical Activity at the University of Pittsburgh where he completed his degree in a year. From training people for free online and in-person locally to creating a full-time business internationally, Karon has expanded his coaching reach all around the world and is excited to keep helping people move and feel better one session at a time.
