148: Strategic Thinking in Three Dimensions

In this episode, I present my simple framework which helps school staff members to understand their role in strategy implementation: Strategic Thinking in Three Dimensions.The first dimension, 'looking up', involves aligning the problem or decision a staff member has to make upwards to meet the school's strategy.
