The next morning, their bodies were discovered 150 yards from their tent. After one of the largest manhunts in Oklahoma History, investigators captured Gene Leroy Hart, the primary suspect in the murders. However, the more information that came out about what led investigators to Hart, the more suspicious many became about Hart being a suspect.
