All online. Weekend and weeknight options are available in January and March. Today's practice is a strong Advanced Power Vinyasa for the hips and legs to build strength, flexibility and balance in inversions. Handstand, forearm stand, headstand, wheel, crow, flying pigeon. As always, options to do more or less at any time. I recommend at least 1 year of experience before doing this class.
