喝茶加盐确实有不少妙用:盐里的钠离子能和茶叶的茶多酚协同作用,缓解轻微嗓子不适、清新口气;夏天喝还能补充电解质,帮着缓解疲劳,连茶的涩味都会被压下去,喝着更爽口。不过得选对茶,像苦涩重的云南生普、沃堆味明显的熟普、普通黑茶或绿茶,加一点盐能让口感变顺滑,还能凸显醇厚感;但细嫩的名优绿茶、高端白茶或年份好的普洱别加,会掩盖原本的鲜爽和香气,反而浪费好茶。喝茶加盐的禁忌和技巧也得记牢:盐量一定要少,每 100 毫升茶汤加 0.1-0.3 克(手指捏一撮就行),千万别多放,不然会毁了茶味;高血压、肾病患者,还有孕妇、小孩要坚决避开,可能加重身体负担。平时别把盐茶当日常饮品,只在大量出汗、腹泻需要补电解质时喝几口就好,要是喝了觉得心慌、口渴,得马上停。另外,好茶千万别加盐,会弄丢它原本的风味层次,实在想试,就从便宜的普通茶开始,边加边尝,找到适合自己的口感。
