The project to have a wind turbine on a coastal site at Seafield made considerable progress almost 10 years ago, only to fall at one of the final hurdles. The idea has not gone away however – and, with the Scottish Government’s commitment for the country to become carbon neutral, there’s been growing interest in how Porty can contribute to this.
