The upgrade to Sky Fibre Pro hadn't gone as well as planned - i.e. not well at all! We were getting lots of errors and the service continually reconnecting. Thank goodness for the Listenagain service!! Paul tells us how he thought he was dying after going for a run which ironically what happed to Rik Mayall as well.
