from Mat Geeks Hosted by Jacob Hewgley
In the third episode of the "Champ Chats" series, Jacob gets the reigning 197-pound ACC Champ Jay Aiello on the phone. We chat about how Jay's wrestling career evolved in the early years, not being highly recruited, the work he's put in to go from a losing record as a freshman to a national title contender, and what his mindest is entering into his Senior season fresh off an ACC title.
