We ranged widely but not erratically over a number of topics (enchantment and disenchantment, Mammon, "Thomism," capitalism, Christian socialism, Ruskin and Morris and Tawney, Marxism, transhumanism, Romanticism, universalism--inter alia), and on the whole a good time was had by all.Excuse the raspiness of my voice.
