15) Aleks Rybchinskiy- a CHEK perspective on life.

from Primal Aspects Podcast · host Nate Smith and Matt Kinneberg

Aleks is a Master CHEK Practitioner and Holistic Therapist with over twelve years in the field. As one of the youngest professionals to reach Level IV training at the C.H.E.K. Institute and become part of an elite group of less than 50 practitioners worldwide, he is a seasoned record-breaker having started his life on this earth by defeating the greatest odds, a kind of momentum that has remained a natural part of his path and continues to leave jaws dropped in its wake. Aleks Rybchinskiy combines his unique and incredibly vast knowledge in biomechanics, physiology, anatomy, holistic nutrition, physics and ancient shamanic practices and Jungian psychology for an advanced form of physical programming and clinical therapy rarely experienced under one umbrella. Aleks leads his men’s community coaching group, Tribe of Men, weekly in Austin, TX, and is also a speaker and educator teaching workshops and courses on shoulder rehabilitation, core function, and athletic injury prevention & recovery to enhance physical performance through the balance and optimization of home field energy systems.
