Bas Ramselaar: ‘Bach heeft mij geholpen door het leven heen te gaan met alle ups en downs’ Stille Zaterdag. Een bijzondere dag, dus een bijzondere uitzending. In Onderweg is Bas Ramselaar te gast. Jarenlang een graag gezien concertzanger, zijn basstem klonk in honderden concertzalen, maar het ging niet meer. Hij kreeg een burn out en maakte de keuze om niet meer te zingen. Inmiddels zingt hij weer af en toe, maar eigenlijk maar een paar keer per jaar. Tegenwoordig staat hij vooral voor koren en orkesten als dirigent. Aan de hand van muziek die hij bij deze Stille Zaterdagavond en bij zijn eigen leven vindt passen, loopt Elsbeth Gruteke een uur lang met hem door zijn leven. Het gaat over muziek, Bach, over ups en downs, over angsten en een nieuw begin. Van Air van Bach tot aan Ik Zal Er Zijn van Sela. Muziek met een verhaal, passend bij het verhaal van Bas Ramselaar.
