#15 - Believing in limitless possibilities

Do you believe in limitless possibilities or does your mind limit you? In this episode I dive into how "deeply inspired" (I repeat that phrase a lot haha - you're warned) after seeing Run Mandy Run documentary at the Byron Bay Film Festival last night. A comedian, performing artist, mother of five and unlikely political candidate, Mandy stormed into the political race in our last election in Australia to represent my local electorate. She narrowly missed getting in. But she inspired so many of us to believe in what could be possible if she were elected. She also urges each of us to claim our legitimacy and believe in the difference we can make. When you think of your future, what do you imagine is possible? Can you allow yourself to dream big, without letting limiting thoughts like "as if", "no way" or "I can't" hold you back? These automatic negative thoughts can be so natural we don't even realise their toxic effect in dimming our inspired ideas.
