15: "Busy" Isn't A Thing

In this episode, I talk about why "busy" isn't a thing. Moms think that they're always busy and have no time because they have kids, businesses, clients and everything that's happening in their life. But "busy" isn't a thing. We created this concept to feel that we're working hard, creating results and making progress. Being busy doesn't mean that you're making progress, making money, creating more results or you're being a good mom. I want to challenge to consider that you're life isn't busy and you have plenty of time.
