15. Caitlin Nadolny: Wading Through the Difficult Waters of Assumptions, Social Media & Student-CI Relationships

Guys I'm so pumped for you to meet my good friend and mentor, Caitlin!  Her experiences include an orthopedic residency, a sports manual fellowship, transitioning into management, and being a PhD student.  She is a wealth of knowledge and a person I go to often when I need to be reminded of what practicing in the middle means.  Today we talk about her career path, social media PT, and a growth opportunity she had while mentoring a student that did not see eye to eye with her.  I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did!
