Danielle is the owner of two AGLOW Airbrush Tanning studios in North Andover, MA & Windham, NH, and is President of Sales & Marketing for the AGLOW franchise. When Danielle was 32, she decided she needed drastic change in her life, so she finally decided to go all in and become an entrepreneur. On today’s episode, Danielle tells us about her journey from being a client, to becoming social media manager, to becoming an owner of two locations in just 4 years. We talk about the incredible benefits of being a franchise owner, and how this helped her become a successful leader. She talks us through the challenges of being a mom to a two year old while running two successful locations, even if it means waking up at 4am to make it all happen.
