15: Forgiving yourself: A letter to my body

from Live Intentionally with Ladymarsela · host Marsy

Going through my abundant life has made me realise that there is one person that needs the most forgiveness and that person is me. In your case, you would need to forgive you. We live our life so recklessly that we forget that our body is our temple. From the things we say to the things we eat and consume, it is mostly toxic and not good for our body. I have been guilty of treating myself so bad, allowing what others say to affect me negatively and the of course the bad choices of food and other junk that I allow to make way to my body. From the good old comments that are subtle and some not so subtle that hurts, that scars and leaves all sorts of traumas. Today is the day to work towards the cleansing and nurturing of your body. I am taking my baby steps today! This letter to my body is a way to remind myself to be kinder to me, take better care of myself and to do more research on things that will be beneficial for me in the long run. This week on the Ladymarsela Brand: It is time to be kinder to yourself. Forgive yourself. Try to make better conscious decision for yourself.
