15. How to Get Crystal Clear About Who To Hire

Welcome back to part two of my mini series with Malika Williams. Last week, Malika and I created a vision for what she wants next in her business and when we took a good, hard look at her numbers, she realized that she’s a lot closer to that vision than she thought.   From there, we talked about the two phases coaches flow in and out of in their businesses.   Phase one is expansion. Phase two is containment. As coaches, we need both and Malika realized that right now, she’s in a containment phase.   Which begs the question, if you’re not growing your business, what ARE you doing?   The answer is that the containment phase is the essential period to focus on foundations so you can actually grow again when you’re ready.   Malika and I tuned into the foundations of her business and realized it’s time for her to hire an assistant.
