JAMES GWINNETT suffered a LIFE-CHANGING injury while playing RUGBY in 2013, a tackle-gone-wrong resulted in a BROKEN NECK. He fell into a downward spiral of alcoholism & depression. Eventually he managed to break out of the cycle, partly thanks to fitness, running, & ULTRAMARATHONS.    A few years ago he appeared on UK Channel 4’s: SAS: Who Dares Wins. A BRUTAL reality show where super fit humans are tested both physically & mentally by a group of former SPECIAL FORCES soldiers. He also recently ran 145 miles IN ONE GO!!
