#15 Janice Sylvia Brock – What is Your Money Story?

In this episode, you’ll hear artist Janice Sylvia Brock talk about her hugely successful life as an artist. She has paintings hanging in prestigious private art collections all over the World, including the White House. Some of Janice’s works have been purchased for €250,000, she has a much sought-after style, that draws on a range of influences, not least her second home in Barbados. During our conversation, Janice shares the details of how she first discovered she had a remarkable talent for painting, whilst she was in hospital, at the age of 10, with rheumatoid arthritis. Her father gave her a painting by numbers set, to help pass the time whilst in her hospital bed, but Janice decided she didn’t want to be constrained by the numbers and started to develop her own style, even at that young age. Janice has a huge zest for life and for helping other, recently becoming an ambassador to The Haven+London charity, which supports the needs of the creative community, who have struggled more than many during the pandemic. Janice has a joie de vivre, which is clearly evident throughout our conversation. Like this show?
