15 March 2020 | Grit > Quit - Luke Parker

from Midtown Presbyterian Church · host Midtown Presbyterian Church

There’s an old saying “everybody wants to look good but nobody wants to go the gym.” Sometimes it’s good to revisit things we know, but don’t always live into. Lent is a season of repentance, turning away from things that are holding us back from thriving in Christ and turning toward his transforming character. As Easter approaches we will be examining the cultivation of godly character, knowing that in the process some things must be greater than others. Listen as Luke Parker walks us through the virtue of diligence within Christianity, and how this diligence cultivates hope in our often (and current) fear-filled world.
